Sengtoto Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the sengtoto platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the sengtoto platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sengtoto platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.
This platform is operated for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached that age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. sengtoto reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
These terms govern the relationship between you as the user and sengtoto as the platform operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law as stated in the final section of this document.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of sengtoto services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. All activity occurring under your account — including bets and financial transactions — is considered your own unless you promptly report a security compromise to sengtoto. Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.
Users are required to provide truthful identity information during registration and throughout the account verification process. Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using forged documents is a serious violation that may result in legal action in addition to immediate account closure.
- One account per individual — multiple accounts are not permitted.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared.
- Users are responsible for all activity carried out under their respective accounts.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of the sengtoto platform are required to use this service lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are specifically prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation against the system or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Posting offensive, harmful, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unfair or unlawful means.
Sengtoto reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where there is sufficient evidence of illegal activity.
4. Payment Information, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the sengtoto platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is required for Malaysian users, and all amounts displayed on screen are exactly what will be debited from or credited to your account.
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used belongs to them. sengtoto is not liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals are processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals exceeding certain limits, or where unusual account activity is detected. Users are required to complete this verification process within the stipulated timeframe to avoid a temporary suspension of withdrawal functions.
Sengtoto reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable cause to investigate account activity, including but not limited to suspected fraud, breach of terms, or legal compliance requirements.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Sengtoto reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, requests from authorities, or at the platform's sole discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to a terms violation, balances associated with the violating activity may be withheld or forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
Sengtoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or system downtime. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the sengtoto platform are the property of sengtoto or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references to third-party services or content. sengtoto is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Sengtoto reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the sengtoto platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
